RESIDENCE AGREEMENTS

All permanent and (short-term) respite, high level, and low level care recipients, enter into an agreement with the care provider.

Hellenic Community Aged Care is licenced to use standard industry developed and maintained permanent and respite agreements for high level and for low level care recipients.

High level and low level care receipients will receive the following:

Residence Agreement.

Conditions for occupancy.

Rules of residence.

Complaint resolution processes.

Privacy Statement.

Statement on Accommodation Bonds (prudential statement for care recipients paying an accommodation bond).
